Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our vintage and secondhand items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or accidental orders. All sales are considered final.
However, your statutory rights remain unaffected. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund if an item is faulty.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Email us at hello@shopssv.co.uk with:

Clear photos of the damage, packaging and shipping label
We’ll review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund, full refund, or store credit.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery. Items must be returned to us (if applicable) before any refund is processed.
