📦  UK Shipping – It’s On Us

Free standard shipping on all UK orders – no minimum spend.
Processing time: 2–4 business days.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Carrier: Royal Mail, DPD UK or other trusted couriers. 
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

 

🌍 Express International Shipping

Available worldwide – including the Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Typical rates:
£40 GBP / $50 USD / €47 EUR
Processing time: 2–4 business days.
Delivery estimate: 7–21 business days (often faster, varies by location).
Carrier: Express services via trusted international couriers, usually FedEx Express.
Tracking: Included with most orders.

Notice: Temporary Suspension of U.S. Shipping

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations; including increased tariffs and new documentation requirements, we are temporarily suspending all shipments to the United States. These combined changes have made it impractical to ship orders without significant delays and added costs, which we do not want to pass on to our customers.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will resume U.S. shipping as soon as it becomes viable. Orders to all other regions remain unaffected.

Items remain available through our selling platforms, Vestiaire and eBay, where shipping will be handled directly by those platforms.

Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for all import fees, duties, and local taxes.
We can’t guarantee delivery dates due to customs or postal delays beyond our control.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and secondhand items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

~ Change of mind
Sizing issues
Accidental orders

Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Faulty Items
Your statutory rights are protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is faulty, you’re entitled to a refund.

Damaged in Transit?
If your item arrives damaged, email hello@shopssv.co.uk within 3 days of delivery. Include:
~ Your order number
~ Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We’ll review the claim and may offer a partial refund, full refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Items must be returned to us (if required) before any refund is issued.
We’re not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
