📦 UK Shipping – It’s On Us (Usually)
Free standard shipping is available on most UK orders – no minimum spend.
Please note: during promotional periods or sales, shipping terms may vary and free shipping may not always apply.
Processing time: 2–4 business days
Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Carrier: Royal Mail, DPD UK or other trusted couriers
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships
🌍 Express International Shipping
Available worldwide – including Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Typical rates:
£40 GBP / $50 USD / €47 EUR
Processing time: 2–4 business days
Delivery estimate: 7–21 business days (often faster, depending on location)
Carrier: Express international services, usually FedEx Express or similar
Tracking: Included with most orders
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for all import fees, duties, and local taxes.
These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to customs or postal delays outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and secondhand items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Sizing issues
- Accidental orders

Faulty Items
Your statutory rights are protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@shopssv.co.uk within 3 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will review your claim and may offer a partial refund, full refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Items may need to be returned before any refund is issued. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
